What beaches or destinations are with in 40 mile trip?

Do you have a bathroom on the boats?
No. But we do recommend places that you can stop at.
Do you have maps or navigation?
We make sure to go over a chart with you the day of your rental and show you the best places to go. Each boat is also equipped with a touchscreen GPS that is very easy to use.
Can I go into the Gulf of Mexico or the ocean?
All of our boats must stay intercoastal except for designated beaches.
Do I need a Fishing license?
Children under the age of 16 and RESIDENT seniors who are 65 or older are not required to purchase a license.
Do I need a boating license?
Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988, are required to have a boating license. We also require that the captain must have prior boating experience.
Are there any others fees?
The only other fees are fuel and 6% sales tax. However, the renter is responsible for any and all damages to the boat unless damages arise out of negligence or fault of Caloosa River Inc.
Can we go tubing or skiing from the boat?
Sure! But you must provide all gear needed and we ask that you only do so from our Hurricane SS 201’s.
Can we keep the boat overnight at our dock?
That’s not a problem as long you have a proper dock or lift at your location.
Do I need to bring the boat back full of gas?
There is no need. We have fuel at our location.
Do you charge for boat cleaning?
We do not unless the boat is returned excessively dirty.
How soon in advance do we need to cancel?
We require a phone call 48 hours in advance of your scheduled rental time. We do not accept cancellations via email or message.
Is safety equipment included?
All of your USCG equipment is included on the boat.

Do you speak any other language but English?
I’m sorry, but we do not. Which means you must be able to understand us and the paperwork that is involved in your renting process and navigation on the waterways.
What if the weather is bad?
We will determine if the weather is unsafe or too bad for the boat to go out.
What are the hours that we can have the boat for?
Our all-day rental starts as early as 8 am and the boat must be returned to the dock no later than 5 pm. There are absolutely no exceptions. For every 15 minutes you are late past 5 pm, a $25 fee will be added to your rental.
